Kevin Duncan graduated Cum Laude from Western New England College School of Law in 2009. Prior to law school, Kevin attended the University of Miami where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree of Business Administration in Finance.
During law school Kevin gained wide exposure to many different aspects of the law. He worked for a large trust institution in New York City, where he had the opportunity to address trust and fiduciary liability for high net worth individuals. Kevin also served under the Honorable Judge William Boyle of the Springfield District Court, where he drafted court opinions for civil and criminal trials. In addition, Kevin joined Brodeur–Mcgan, P.C. while still in law school as a law clerk. The experience and knowledge acquired under the mentorship of the Brodeur-McGan attorneys and his previous work experience has allowed for his successful transition from law clerk to practicing attorney with the firm.
He currently resides in Springfield, his childhood home. He remains actively involved with the law school and assists coaching the American Association of Justice Trial Team at Western New England College.
Kevin is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
